The Fourth Trimester Support Circle (TFT) is a postpartum support group at Alabama Birth Center designed specifically for new moms navigating the challenges and joys of life after birth. This nurturing space offers emotional support, practical advice, and a community of fellow mothers who understand the postpartum experience. Babies are welcome at our Fourth Trimester Support Circle. This is a safe and inclusive space designed specifically for moms and those who identify as a mom. Please note that this circle is not intended for fathers. We will have support groups for fathers in the future. We strive to create a supportive environment where all attendees can share and connect openly.
