The H.O.P.E. Program at Alabama Birth Center offers hormonal birth control options, including Depo-Provera and birth control pills, without requiring a pelvic exam. Barrier methods of contraception are also available during this appointment, providing a range of accessible and hassle-free contraceptive options in a supportive and respectful environment. Book an appointment with the HOPE Program at Alabama Birth Center for accessible contraceptive care tailored to your needs. For an annual fee of $60, you can choose between various birth control options without a pelvic exam. If selecting birth control pills, you may use your insurance at the pharmacy or pay out of pocket at around $9 per month. For those choosing Depo-Provera, there’s an additional cost of $30 per month, with an expected $90 payment every 3 months, as the shot is administered quarterly.
Cancellation Policy
**HOPE Program Cancellation Policy** A $25 deposit is required to book an appointment for the HOPE Program. This deposit goes toward the overall cost of your appointment. If you need to cancel, please do so at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will forfeit the $25 deposit. This policy ensures we have adequate staff available to serve you, as our scheduling is limited to select days. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
